ATRON Smart-Ticket-Sales (ASTS)

The ATRON sales app "ASTS" is a mobile ticket sales solution that can be used easily and flexibly on mobile industrial smartphones / tablets

ASTS is especially suitable for use in vehicles, e.g. in small vehicles, taxis or buses (on-demand traffic). With the various function blocks, the ASTS app can be adapted to the respective demands for tailor-made solutions.

Condition and option to use the app:

  • mobile industrial smartphone / tablets suitable for supporting e-ticket applications with security modules (SAM) such as the VDV core application.
  • SD card slot for double, physically separate data storage (backup).
  • printouts are carried out using compact, mobile printers that are connected wirelessly via Bluetooth (TM)
  • expansion with a compact and lightweight payment terminal, which is also connected via Bluetooth (TM) and accepts the established credit and debit cards.

With the PM 85 industrial smartphone, ATRON offers a mobile device that is optimally matched to these requirements.

With the AFA 150 ATRON offers an ergonomic and modern ticket vending machine for cashless payment. If required, the AFA 150 can also be provided with a printer unit.

The ATRON ticket vending machine AFA 270 is the optimal solution for the sale of tickets (with cash and electronic cash) in vehicles. It is characterized by a functional and modular design that offers many configuration options.

The modular structure of the machine enables a cost- and performance-optimized service. Relevant components are connected to each other via Ethernet and can be easily replaced. They have their own intelligence for self-monitoring and are hot-pluggable. All test and service functions are integrated in the machine and are available to the service team if the front door is open.

The ticket vending machine is controlled centrally via the main computer module. The door electronics module serves as an extension and central distribution station for the component connections in the door. This distribution makes it possible to wire all door components to the door electronics in a star configuration - wiring between the cabinet and the door is therefore simpler and more robust.

The ACT 420 smart card terminal developed for the self-service purchase of eTickets is specially tailored to the requirements of e-ticketing. The card reader processes contactless smart cards based on the ISO / IEC 14443 standard and cards according to the Mifare standard. If required, the terminal can also be equipped with a PCI and EMV-certified card reader to enable payment processes with contactless credit, debit and smart cards.
