Project management & System integration
Project management is responsible for the professional and entrepreneurial implementation of customer projects. In particular, it is matter of assume a customer order from sales after receipt and inspection, as well as the handling of customer project having regard to the following parameters: time, quality & costs
The project manager is the link between the customer as the client and the individual departments at ATRON. He is the contact person for the customer as well as for all internal employees involved in the project.
For technical support the project manager will be supported of customer / application consultants. Depending on the scope of the project, these act as technical project managers.
Training & Service
Well-trained employees are becoming increasingly important. To support our customers in their success, we have developed a well-conceived training concept. This is how we support you in using the customized solutions from ATRON efficiently in your company. There is a practice-oriented training module for every component of the ATRON system.
Our philosophy is to train users "on the job". For this purpose, the training rooms are equipped with original devices (e.g. on board computers, background systems and software). The simulation enables a representation of the components as in the real environment.
