Feldkirchen/Zagreb, April 2025 – Croatian public transport operator Zagrebački električni tramvaj (ZET) and the ATRON Group have renewed and expanded their long-standing partnership to drive forward the digitalization of urban mobility in Zagreb. ZET operates the city’s tram network, consisting of 15 lines, along with the municipal bus services, and has relied on ATRON technologies for more than 20 years.
At the beginning of 2025, ATRON successfully completed a comprehensive modernization project aimed at upgrading ZET’s traffic monitoring and management systems, marking a significant step in Zagreb’s public transport transformation.

“The project of modernisation and upgrade of the ZET Traffic Supervision and Control System is a significant step forward in the digital modernisation of public transport. I would especially highlight the implementation of the GTFS interface, which will contribute to better travel planning for our users, while the entire project confirms ATRON’s expertise in designing complete and integrated solutions for smart traffic management.
