Welcome to the ATRON Business Days 2025

After the great success of the first ATRON Business Days 2023, we will now continue this format every two years. Together with you, we would also like to take a look at developments in public transport in 2025 and find and discuss solutions for future challenges.

With this in mind, we kindly invite you to the ATRON Business Days on 29 and 30 October 2025 at our locations in Feldkirchen. Interesting presentations, workshops and discussions from and with customers, partners, industry experts and ATRON experts await you on site. A very special supporting programme also offers space for socialising and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

The ATRON Business Days 2025 will take place on the location of our Feldkirchen offices. We have pre-booked hotel rooms within walking distance at the traditional four-star Hotel Bauer. For the evening event, we will take you to a dinner together with a spectacular show programme in nearby Munich.

The costs for the event, catering and the supporting programme are fully included in the ATRON Business Days conference package of EUR 269,-. Travelling and accommodation costs must be covered by the participants themselves. Rooms from the pre-reserved room contingent can be booked as part of the registration process using the form below. Places for the ABD 2025 are limited due to the size of our premises and hotel capacities and will be allocated according to the date of receipt of registrations if necessary.

Room booking:
ATRON has pre-reserved a contingent of rooms within walking distance of the event venue in Feldkrichen. The cost of €125 per night is to be paid by each participant on site. The accommodation price includes a rich breakfast buffet and the use of the swimming pool and sauna. A parking space in the underground car park is charged at €10 per day. Package fee:
At the ATRON Business Days, the costs for the event, catering and the supporting programme are fully included in a conference flat rate of € 269,-. Travel and accommodation costs are to be borne by the participants themselves. The conference fee will be invoiced after the end of the event.

Event cancellation deadline:
Participation in the ATRON Business Days can be cancelled free of charge until 18. August 2025. After this date, the full conference fee will be charged for organisational reasons.

Cancellation deadline for hotel rooms:
Hotel rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 18. July 2025. After this date, the accommodation costs must be paid in full.
